A court in session. A public session of the court, as distinguished from a judge of the court in his chambers. Conover v Bird, 56 NJL 228, 230, 28 A 428. The constitutional guaranty that the courts shall always be open to all alike. 16 Am J2d Const L § 382. See public trial.
