talent scout
One who finds a person of possible talent as an actor or entertainer and introduces him to a producer, usually under agreement to receive a percentage of earnings. 27 Am J2d Employ Ag § 9. A person who, having found a person with possible talent as an actor or entertainer, introduces the latter to an employment agency under agreement to receive a percentage of all commissions received by the agency on the earnings of the person thus introduced.
