A relative expression, calling for such facilities as may be fairly demanded of a carrier, regard being had, among other things, to the size of the place, the extent of the demand for transportation, the cost of furnishing the additional accommodations asked for, and other circumstances which have a hearing upon convenience and cost. 13 Am J2d Car § 142.
