- Charging one customer more than another for the same article or service. Accepting the doctrine that it is unlawful for anyone engaged in interstate commerce to discriminate in price between customers, we would accept the further doctrine that selling to one at a price and refusing to sell to another at any price is a price discrimination, there being no other reason for the refusal to sell. The "one price" policy, although now accepted as sound, wise, and just is of comparatively recent adoption. It has however been written into the amendments to what we know as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. Shaw's Inc. v Wilson-Jones Co. (DC Penn) 26 F 713.
