Civil Damage Acts

Statutes which grant a right of action to persons injured in person, property, or means of support, by an intoxicated person, or in consequence of the intoxication of any person, against the person selling or furnishing the liquor which caused the intoxication in whole or in part. 30 Am J Rev ed Intox L § 525.
